The guest House “Aristocrat” is a detached 3-storey building on a closed territory. We are located in a cozy private sector. In the immediate vicinity there are well-maintained streets for walking and sports. The shared terrace on the 2nd floor offers a picturesque view of the mountains. Meet the first rays of the sun on the terrace with a cup of invigorating coffee or yoga class!

Terms of stay

We are pleased to offer you an early check-in absolutely free of charge (if there is a free room in your chosen category).

Booking cancellation	If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, a fine will be charged in the amount of the cost of the booked rooms for the first night of stay.
Children's accommodation and extra beds	Children under 5 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate place.
Pets	Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the hotel	Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, except in a designated area.
Security deposit	2,000 rubles to be deposited by the Guest upon registration in cash or to a checking account before providing hotel services as a way to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to compensate for damage in case of its occurrence, and to be refunded if there are no grounds for withholding them.
